You can add notes to this site which might also record your LinkedIn or other profile link.  Mine is:

Please add tags so that posts are searchable.  That way if you have been away for a while you can keyword search to get the latest.  A process that I use is to always include the author's last name and the source of the website in the tags.  General terms like Twitter, social media, tool, trends, techniques are ones I commonly use.
