Could VP of HR Ever be the Stepping Stone to CEO?
This is a question that FistfulofTalent.com posted today and it made me think. My immediate response was that I have never seen that happen - have you? Almost every other function can reach the top position, but I have not seen that happen for an HR-tracked executive. Do you think it is more likely to happen in the future?
